This policy clarifies the position holds Medi Green Mart (medigreen.pk) hereinafter mentioned as Medigreen.pk concerning any or all refunds, returns and exchanges.

Medigreen.pk will only exchange or replace a product ordered from us:

  • if the product has a manufacturing defect
  • if received by the buyer in damaged condition
  • if the product package seal was opened prior to the buyer receiving the product
  • in case the product has undergone damage (as scratches) before the buyer received the product

In case a buyer wants to return or exchange a product purchased from Medigreen.pk they should call our helpline (0307-777-3454) or simply email us at customercare@medigreen.pk so our quality assurance team can carefully investigate, evaluate and assess the buyer’s claim and proceed in an ethical manner to accommodate the buyer as much as possible.

Note: Buyers must make sure that they communicate their claims, disputes or concerns regarding the product purchased within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the product for a speedy response and resolution of the buyer’s concerns regarding the product they have purchased. Refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will only be entertained if Medigreen.pk is unable to deliver the product intended to be purchased by the buyer in the stated time frame (3 to 5 working days) excluding curfew hours, government shutdowns or an unexpected natural calamity “Act of God”.

In case a buyer receives a product that:

  • does not match the product image or product description presented in the product catalog or product page;
  • does not meet the specifications mentioned in the product description;
  • is a replica of the product the buyer ordered.

Then the buyer is under no obligation to keep the product and can contact Medigreen.pk to exchange or replace the product or receive a refund after the mutual consent of Medigreen.pk and the buyer.
To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non Eligibility Criteria

Medigreen.pk will not be held liable or responsible to exchange or return any product as well as refund payment for any product bought on Medigreen.pk in the case the buyer does not like the product but it is accurately presented and described in the product catalogue, product page and product description.

Buyers are advised to make sure that they accurately place the correct order for the product they intend to purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as gifts, food items, promo deals, etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

However, Medigreen.pk will assist buyers in exchanging or replacing an order according to the buyer’s preference.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Medigreen.pk, every endeavor is made to ensure complete satisfaction of our buyer’s order. And we are happy to issue a full refund, based on the conditions listed below:

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of having received your order.

Please note that Medigreen.pk will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of having received your order.

If your order is unsealed upon delivery, please do not accept it from the despatcher and return it from your doorstep.

Medigreen.pk will not be liable if an unsealed package is accepted from the despatcher upon delivery.


  1. Medigreen.pk will replace or exchange those offerings only, which are purchased from our vendors by using the platform of Medigreen.pk.
  2. Offerings bought from Medigreen.pk, if found to have a manufacturing defect then the buyer has a right to ask for replacement or exchange within 10 days, starting from the day of delivery.
  3. Buyer can ask for exchange or replacement of a product if, he/she finds packing seal of the product was broken or tempered during delivery.
  4. Buyer can ask for exchange or return if, he/she discovers that the product was damaged (e.g., scratches) before it was delivered to him.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


  • You received a defective item *;
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

 *If you have received a defective item, please help us by sharing images and other details of the product. 


To request a refund, simply email us your order details at customercare@medigreen.pk with the subject line [‘order id’ – ‘refund request’], including the reason why you’re requesting a refund plus pictures as evidence (if applicable). We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. We’re here for you, no matter what!


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@medigreen.pk and send your item to: Shop # 4 & 5, Victoria Heights, F-17 Markaz, Tele Gardens, MPCHS, Islamabad, Pakistan.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop # 4 & 5, Victoria Heights, F-17 Markaz, Tele Gardens, MPCHS, Islamabad, Pakistan.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation

According to Medigreen.pk policy, a buyer can cancel their order at any time prior to the order being despatched.

In case the order has been despatched, then the buyer will have to pay the shipment charges to return the product to the vendor or Medigreen.pk and then and only then will their order be cancelled.

Buyers can return products in case they do not match the product they ordered but our quality assurance team will carefully and ethically examine the buyer’s query and respond within 5 to 10 working days.
